At HAWC (Hire A Wedding Coordinator), we aim to provide exceptional service to our couples and coordinators. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for our services, including digital products. By engaging with HAWC, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
• A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your coordinator.
• This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, as it covers administrative and initial service costs.
2. Balance Payment
• The remaining balance is due no later than six weeks before the wedding date.
Cancellation Before Six Weeks
• If you cancel your booking more than six weeks before your wedding date:
• You will not be liable for the remaining balance.
• However, the £100 deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Within Six Weeks
• If you cancel your booking within six weeks of your wedding date:
• You will be liable for the full-service fee.
• No refunds will be issued for payments made.
3. Digital Planning Tools
• All digital products purchased through HAWC, including our wedding planner and other planning tools, are non-refundable.
• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Cancellation by HAWC or the Coordinator
• In the rare event that HAWC or your coordinator must cancel your booking:
• We will endeavour to find a replacement coordinator at no additional cost.
• If a replacement cannot be secured, we will issue a full refund of all service fees, including the £100 deposit.
• Refunds will not apply to any digital planning tools purchased.
5. Refund Requests
Refund requests will only be considered under the terms specified above. To request a refund, please contact us at support@hireaweddingcoordinator.com, providing the following information:
• Your name and booking reference number.
• The reason for the refund request.
6. Non-Refundable Services
• Payments made to third-party vendors or additional services outside the scope of HAWC are not eligible for refunds through us.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
